Dr. Desak Gede Widyawati, M.Biomed, FIHA, is a consultant specializing in Cardiology and Vascular Medicine, with a focus on Cardiac Imaging. She uses imaging techniques to diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Widyawati completed her medical education at Universitas Udayana between 2006 and 2012, followed by a specialization in Cardiology and Vascular Medicine from the same institution, graduating in 2019.

With a passion for advanced medical imaging, Dr. Widyawati is furthering her expertise through a Cardiac MRI fellowship at National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore, from October 2024 to October 2025. This fellowship will further develop her skills in Cardiac MRI, supporting her work with patients who have complex heart conditions.

Dr. Widyawati’s professional experience includes her role as a Cardiologist at RSU Bhayangkara Denpasar from 2020 to 2024, as well as at RSU Famili Husada Gianyar from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, she served at RSU Puri Raharja from 2020 to 2021, where she utilized her expertise in Cardiac MRI, CT and nuclear imaging to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care.

Fluent in both English and Indonesian, Dr. Widyawati focuses on patient-centered care. With over four years of experience as a cardiologist and a background in advanced cardiac imaging, she strives to improve heart health and patient outcomes.
