At BIH, he provides strategic oversight and governance, guiding the hospital’s long-term direction and supporting its development as a leading medical tourism destination in Asia while ensuring the hospital meets international healthcare standards.
Dr. Noel Yeo is a senior healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in hospital development and healthcare strategy across Asia. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of IHH Healthcare Singapore and Chief Executive Officer of Mount Elizabeth Hospital Singapore, where he led hospital operations, growth and service transformation. With a background in medicine and healthcare management, he has led hospital development, built clinical services, and established international healthcare partnerships. He now leads BIH and is responsible for its development and strategic direction, with the goal of building an international-standard hospital in Indonesia and positioning Bali as a leading medical tourism destination in Asia.
Wallace Wong is a healthcare executive specializing in building and scaling high-performing healthcare institutions across Asia. As a member of the founding team of BIH, he has played a key role in shaping its strategy, operational systems, and service delivery model. Previously, he was Head of Ambulatory Care at IHH Healthcare Singapore, part of Asia’s largest listed healthcare group, where he built and scaled a new ambulatory care platform and led the development of major outpatient facilities. Trained at MIT, INSEAD and Georgia Tech, he focuses on governance, digital systems, and service excellence to support BIH’s operational growth and patient experience.
Sonny Irawan leads the finance and human capital functions at BIH, overseeing financial planning, funding, cost management, and organizational development to support the hospital’s long-term sustainability and growth. With experience in finance and human resources within the healthcare sector, he plays a key role in ensuring financial discipline, building the organization’s workforce, and supporting the hospital’s operational and strategic development.
Dr. Sheira Aurani oversees hospital operations, clinical services, and quality management at BIH. She has held leadership roles in hospital administration since 2018, including serving as Head of PELNI Hospital in Jakarta from 2021 to 2023. Certified by ISQua and holding a Master of Public Health, she focuses on clinical governance, patient safety, and service quality, ensuring BIH delivers international-standard healthcare services and maintains strong clinical and operational standards.
