Dr. L. Rizka Andalucia (Dr. Rizka) is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in pharmaceutical regulation, healthcare policy and public health. She currently serves as Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, where she leads national strategies to strengthen pharmaceutical systems, medical devices and equitable access to healthcare. She has also held senior leadership positions at the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) and serves on several international health initiatives supporting vaccine development and global health security. As President Commissioner of Bali International Hospital, she provides strategic leadership to strengthen governance and support the hospital's long-term growth and vision of delivering international-standard healthcare.

Dr. Alvin Christian is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in corporate finance, governance, risk management and business transformation across multinational organizations and the healthcare sector. He currently serves as Director of Finance & Risk Management at PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, where he leads enterprise finance, governance and risk management across the group’s healthcare network. As Commissioner of Bali International Hospital, he provides strategic oversight to strengthen financial resilience, corporate governance and sustainable growth, supporting the hospital's ambition to become a leading international-standard hospital and medical tourism destination.

Dr. Noel Yeo is a senior healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in hospital development and healthcare strategy across Asia. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of IHH Healthcare Singapore and Chief Executive Officer of Mount Elizabeth Hospital Singapore, where he led hospital operations, growth and service transformation. With a background in medicine and healthcare management, he has led hospital development, built clinical services, and established international healthcare partnerships. He now leads Bali International Hospital and is responsible for its development and strategic direction, with the goal of establishing the hospital as a leading international-standard healthcare institution in Indonesia, and positioning Bali as a key medical tourism destination in Asia.

Dr. Efendi Susana is an accomplished finance executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across the energy, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Bali International Hospital, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of PT Unelec Indonesia, a joint venture between GE Vernova and PT PLN. As Director of Finance & Human Capital at the hospital, he oversees finance, human capital, corporate governance and organizational development, with a focus on strengthening financial sustainability, building organizational capability and supporting the hospital's long-term growth.

Wallace Wong is a healthcare executive specializing in building and scaling high-performing healthcare institutions across Asia. As a member of the founding team of Bali International Hospital, he has played a key role in shaping its strategy, operational systems, and service delivery model. Previously, he was Head of Ambulatory Care at IHH Healthcare Singapore, part of Asia’s largest listed healthcare group, where he built and scaled a new ambulatory care platform and led the development of major outpatient facilities. With executive education from MIT, INSEAD and Georgia Tech, he focuses on governance, digital systems, and service excellence to support the hospital’s operational growth and patient experience.

Dr. Sheira Aurani oversees hospital operations, clinical services, and quality management at Bali International Hospital. She has held leadership roles in hospital administration since 2018, including serving as Head of PELNI Hospital in Jakarta from 2021 to 2023. Certified by ISQua and holding a Master of Public Health, she focuses on clinical governance, patient safety, and service quality, ensuring the hospital delivers safe, high-quality, international-standard healthcare.
