With you sign up and/or using our website: PT Pertamedika Bali Hospital ("Website"), you as a user ("You") have agreed and have read understood, know and accept these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy”) attached. These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy which attached constitute an agreement regarding the procedures and terms of use of the Website between You and us, namely PT Pertamedika Bali Hospital and its subsidiaries ("We" or “Us” or “Our”). You agree and acknowledge that We have the right and authority to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and that such updates will notify You when You access the Website. In the event that You are unable to agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy then You may stop using the Website and delete the account in the event that you have registered as an Website user.   1. Internet connection is required to be able to use the Website. Any costs incurred on Your electronic device's connection to the internet network are Your sole responsibility.
  2. This Website serves as a provision of information related to Us or hospitals and/or medical clinics that we manage ("Bali International Hospital") and get Our Services (as defined below) which are available at Bali International Hospital.
  3. The types of services at the Bali International Hospital that can be used through the Website are:
    a. Information Service Displays information in connection with Bali International Hospital including but not limited to Bali International Hospital location, doctor's practice schedule at the Bali International Hospital, health examination offers and other information. Information will be updated by Us from time to time.
    b. Book Appointment Service You can have a meeting appointment with one of the doctors at Bali International Hospital and You can also reschedule or cancel the appointment.
    c. Medical Check Up Service You can make an appointment for a medical check-up at Bali International Hospital by selecting the package offered. If you are not sure yet about the package, You can consult first with our doctors who can suggest the best package for you to choose the appropriate medical checkup package.
    d. The Service and Health Tips You can access health’s articles and information on this service that We will update from time to time.
    e. Other Services You will get additional services that are currently being developed by Us. (hereinafter individually or collectively referred to a ""Service").
  4. For avoidance of doubt, You understand and acknowledge that the information displayed on the Information Services may different from the actual conditions, and based on Our consideration, appointments through the Meeting Appointment Service may be changed or cancelled at any time by Us.
  5. You understand the appointment schedule based on the Meeting Appointment Service may change in the event that the doctor is unavailable.
  6. You understand that in the event that You need an emergency medical condition, We do not advise You to use this Website.
  7. You understand that in the event that you wish to process a refund for the cancellation of the Services that you previously registered on the Website, you can only do so directly at Bali International Hospital where the Services you have selected.
  8. We have the right to at any time change, remove, and/or apply the new terms and conditions in these Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and will be notified to You when You first access the Website once the changes are effective. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed as consent to be subject to changes to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. We have the right to at any time change, remove, reduce, add and/or update features or facilities in the Website. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed as consent to changes, deletions, reductions, additions and/or updates to features or facilities of the Website.
  10. By providing information about Your personal data requested in the “Website ("Personal Data") as well as Your medical history, You hereby consent so that We may retain Your Personal Data and medical history and display it in Your account. The confidentiality of Your data will be used by Us for the purposes of the Services We have that You have agreed to in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy. The attached Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time) becomes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  11. We reserve the right not to process registration, restrict or discontinue use of the Website if We have reason to suspect that You have breached the terms of these Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws and regulations.
II. Terms of Use of The Website
  1. You represent and warrant that You are an individual who has the right to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and that You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age or are married, in good health and mental condition and not under guardianship or consent. We have the right to close or cancel Your account if that is not true. You further represent and warrant that You have the right, authority and capacity to use the Website and will always comply with these Terms and Conditions. Information related to Personal Data provided will only be used by Us for the provision of services in the Website and for other purposes that You have agreed to in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate and complete information, update the information and agree to provide Us with any proof of identity that We reasonably may request. If there are changes to the Personal Data that You provide to Us, for example, if You change your email address, phone number, You are required to update Your details by submitting Your request to Us.

You promise not to hand over, transfer or authorise another person to use Your identity or use Your account. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of the OTP that You receive and any identification We provide to You for Your account or Personal Data. In the event of disclosure of an OTP and/or Your account that is not not our fault, in any way that results in unauthorised and unauthorised use of You or your account, You release Us from any consequences or liability that may arise for unauthorised use of Your account.
  4. You are required to report to Us if You, for any reason, have no control over Your account. You are responsible for any use of Your account in the Website even if such Account has been misused by someone else.
  5. You may not harm, abuse, change or modify the Website in any way. We have the right to close or cancel Your account and prohibit You from using the Website further if You use the Website without complying with these Terms and Conditions.
  6. You promise that You will use the Website only for the intended purpose of obtaining the Services. You acknowledge and agree that any information of any kind, including but not limited to video, audio, images or writings found in the Website owns intellectual property rights (including but not limited to the rights to the respective brands and copyrights). You may not use, modify, facilitate, disseminate and/or mutilate the right to such intellectual property without the permission of the owner of such intellectual property rights as provided for in applicable laws and regulations.
  9. When accessing and using the Website including any of its features and services, You are not allowed to:
    1. transfer Your account on the Website to another party without Our prior consent.
    2. spread viruses, spam or other similar technologies that may damage and/or harm the Website and other users.
    3. enter or move features on the Website without Our consent.

These Terms and Conditions are regulated and interpreted under the law of the Republic of Indonesia and in connection with the termination by Us as referred to in paragraph 3 above, You and We agree to rule out the provisions of Article 1266 of the Civil Code which requires a court ruling in the termination of an agreement.
  5. Any disputes arising between You and Us in connection with the implementation of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by deliberation for consensus. In the event that the dispute cannot be resolved by deliberation then You and We agree to resolve the dispute through the Tangerang District Court.
