• Manage and supervise General Affair functions in hospital operations (facility, building, asset, housekeeping, security, transportation, waste management, etc.).
• Ensure hospital facilities and supporting services run effectively, safely, and in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle licensing, permits, and government relation related to hospital operational needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external parties to support hospital services.
• Control GA budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Support hospital events, accreditation, and emergency response management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as general affairs manager in hospital/healthcare industry is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hospital facility management, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

1. Perform diagnostic eye examinations as instructed by ophthalmologists.
2. Serve as scrub nurse during eye surgeries, especially phacoemulsification cataract surgeries.
3. Collaborate with outpatient and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
4. Educate patients on pre- and post-operative instructions related to eye procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor and Nurse Profession from a Well-Known University with GPA 3.0 (scale 4.0).
2. Prior experience in the eye clinic of a major hospital or a dedicated ophthalmology clinic.
3. At least 2 years of experience as an operating theatre nurse in ophthalmic surgery, with the ability to:

• Prepare and position surgical microscopes
• Prime phacoemulsification machines and monitors
• Arrange and maintain the sterility of ophthalmic instrument sets
• Assist ophthalmologists directly during cataract and other eye surgeries
• Clean and properly pack ophthalmic surgical instruments after procedures

4) Proficient in operating modern ophthalmic diagnostic equipment

5) Fluent in English (spoken and written)

6) Friendly, quick learner, and possesses a strong work ethic.

6) Skilled in advanced eye diagnostic tools

Responsibilities:

• Provide physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs according to patient conditions.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Educate patients and families regarding exercises, posture, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.

Qualification

·      Min. Bachelor and profession Physiotherapy from a well-known university with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)

·      Valid active Registration Certificate of Physiotherapist

·      Preferable certified in Sport Physiotherapist

·      Fluent in English

·      Have good interpersonal and communication skills

·      Able to work together as a team

·      Min. 1 year of experience in hospital

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily medical service operations.
• Develop and implement healthcare policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Monitor and improve service quality, patient safety, and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited overseas institution

·      Current professional nursing license from country of qualification

·      Minimum 8 years of clinical nursing experience, including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

·      Experience in nursing operations, clinical supervision, and international hospital standards compliance

·      Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

·      Support the Chief Nurse in overseeing nursing services across the hospital

·      Supervise nursing managers and coordinate clinical operations for quality and efficiency

·      Assist in policy development, staff training, and performance management

·      Monitor compliance with Indonesian Ministry of Health and hospital accreditation standards (e.g., SNARS, JCI)

·      Facilitate collaboration between nursing teams and other departments

Qualification :

2. Possesses experience in hospital min. 1 year occupational health and safety (OHS).
3. Has experience in participating in disaster response simulations.
4. Has experience in hospital accreditation processes.
5. Preferably holds a hospital OHS certification.
6. Experienced in conducting training, socialization, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs in hospitals.
7. Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
8. Experienced in developing and implementing Occupational Health and Safety Committee (K3RS) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

We Are Hiring Part-Time Andrology Specialist

Qualifications:

• Andrology Specialist graduate from PPDS Andrology program.
• Possess a valid medical registration (STR) and relevant specialty certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in an international/multi-specialty hospital).
• Ability to communicate in English (at least passive proficiency).

Purpose of Recruitment:

• To meet the demand from both domestic and international patients requiring andrology consultations.
• To reduce referrals outside the hospital for basic andrology cases.
