• Valid active Registration Certificate of Dental Nurse (STR).

Qualification :

• Min. Diploma of Radiodiagnostic technician / D4 Radiology technician .from a well-known University with minimum GPA of 3.0 (Scale 4.0).
• valid active Registration Certificate of Radiographer (STR).
• Preferable certified according to the field.
• Fluent in English.
• Have good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work together as a team.
• Min. 1 year of experience.

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma of Medical Record from a well-known University with minimum GPA of 3.0 (Scale 4.0).
• Valid active Registration Certificate of Medical Record (STR)
• Fluent in English
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Min. 1 year of experience
• Hace experience in type B Hospitals
• Experience in Hospital Accreditation

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major from wll-known University with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Preferably have experience min. 1 year in related position.
• Experience in National Accreditation or JCI
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in English
• Able to work as a team
• Have experience minimum in type B Hospitals

Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

• Design, develop, and deliver educational programs for nursing staff
• Assess learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify education gaps and develop targeted programs
• Mentor and coach nursing staff in clinical practice and professional development
• Develop and maintain educational materials and resources
• Participate in quality and patient safety improvement initiatives to advance nursing practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Nursing
• Preferably possess a master's degree in nursing education or related field
• Possess current RN licensure with the Indonesian Nursing Board
• At least 3 years of experience in nursing education or clinical practice
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Nursing Education (CNE) or related field
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms
