If you don’t see your insurance provider on our list, please contact them to discuss the possibility of assigning a medical assistance company as an intermediary for direct billing with BIH.

How to Use Your Insurance at BIH

Using your insurance at Bali International Hospital is simple. Here’s how you can ensure a smooth billing process:

  1. Verify Coverage
    Contact your insurance provider before your visit to confirm coverage for treatment at BIH.
  2. Bring Your Insurance Card
    Present your valid insurance card and identification at the registration desk.
  3. Direct Billing Processing
    Our finance team will liaise with your insurer to facilitate direct billing or reimbursement as per your policy.
  4. Approval & Treatment
    Once your insurance provider approves, you can proceed with treatment without worrying about upfront payments.

What If My Insurance Provider Is Not Listed?

If your insurance provider is not listed, you can:

  • Contact your insurer to check if they can arrange direct billing through a medical assistance company.
  • Opt for self-payment and claim reimbursement from your insurance provider later.
  • Speak with our Insurance Coordination Team for further assistance.
