Dr. Patricia Kho Sunn Sunn is a highly accomplished medical oncologist with over 20 years of experience in treating lung, head and neck, breast, and gastrointestinal cancers. She currently serves as Medical Director at Icon Cancer Centre at Mount Alvernia and consults at Mount Elizabeth Novena and Gleneagles Hospital in Singapore.

Dr. Kho completed her medical degree at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, and underwent postgraduate training in Medical Oncology at the Sydney Cancer Centre, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (now Chris O’Brien Lifehouse), under the mentorship of some of the world’s most respected oncologists. She earned her FRACP in 2003 and later pursued a Master of Philosophy (Medicine) at the University of Sydney, where she focused on optimizing adjuvant treatment for colorectal cancer.

Her passion for personalized cancer care and translational research led her to work at the Genome Institute of Singapore with Prof. Edison Liu. She later returned to Sydney, where she was appointed Head of Medical Oncology at Liverpool Hospital, a leading public teaching hospital. During her tenure, she directed the Clinical Trials Unit, contributed to oncology research at the Garvan Institute of Research, and lectured at the University of New South Wales.

Dr. Kho has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, contributing significantly to clinical oncology and personalized medicine. Her research has been presented at major oncology conferences worldwide, including ASCO, World GI, and the Medical Oncology Group Annual Meeting.
