✓ Validity Period: Valid until December 31st, 2027.

✓ Patients are required to fast for 8–10 hours prior to the examination.

✓ All package appointments and laboratory screenings are subject to prior schedule booking and clinic availability.

✓ The package fee covers standard inclusions as outlined. Any additional diagnostic tests, nonstandard medications, or subspecialist referrals (e.g., Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Andrologist, or Hematologist) will be charged separately at standard hospital rates.

✓ These packages cannot be combined with any other active promotions, corporate discounts, or third-party insurance arrangements unless explicitly authorized.

✓ Payments made under these promotional package schemes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

✓ Hospital reserves the right to terminate the package prior to the expiry date, subject to prior notice and the applicable terms and conditions agreed between the parties.
