TERMS & CONDITIONS

✓ Patients are required to fast for 8–10 hours prior to the examination.

✓ All package appointments and diagnostic screenings are subject to prior schedule booking and clinic availability.

✓ The package fee covers standard inclusions as outlined.

✓ Any additional diagnostic tests, non-standard medications, or further subspecialist referrals will be charged separately at standard hospital rates.
