Schedule & Operational Hours

Our Dialysis Services operate Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 21:30.

Available dialysis sessions:

• Morning Session: 08:00
• Afternoon Session: 14:30
• Sunset Session: 18:00 — by appointment only

First admission: 08:00

Last admission: 14:00 WITA

The Sunset Package includes complimentary transportation back to your hotel or home within a 10 km radius.

Requirements Before Dialysis

To ensure a safe and smooth dialysis experience, patients are required to complete the following requirements:

• Reservation must be made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment
• Viral marker blood tests are required:
• HBsAg
• Anti-HCV
• Anti-HIV
• Consultation with our nephrologist is required, with advance booking

Patients Transferring from Other Hospitals

Patients receiving dialysis treatment at another hospital must provide:

• Travelling Dialysis Form completed by their nephrologist
• Referral letter from their nephrologist
• Latest blood test results, including:
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• HBsAg
• Anti-HCV
• Anti-HIV

Dialysate Composition

The standard dialysate composition includes:

• Sodium: 103 mmol, adjustable up to 140 mmol/L
• Potassium: 2 mmol
• Calcium: 1.75 mmol
• Magnesium: 0.5 mmol
• Chloride: 109.5 mmol
• Ion Acetate: 3 mmol
