Who Can Get This Vaccine?

This package is available for adults aged 18 and above and patients aged 12–17 with a previous polio vaccination record.

Children under 12 and patients aged 12–17 without a previous vaccination record should visit our Pediatric Clinic. Vaccination services there are charged separately.

• Must be used within 30 days of purchase and is valid for up to 60 days after the order date.
• Appointment required at least one day before the visit.
• Non-refundable.
• Package includes GP consultation, vaccine, injection consumables, administration procedure, and Bali International Hospital vaccination card. International certificate costs extra.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Additional fees may apply for emergency (CITO) services.
