Your Yellow Fever vaccination package includes:

• General Practitioner (GP) Consultation: A medical consultation to review your health history and confirm whether you are suitable for vaccination.
• Stamaril Vaccine: A Yellow Fever vaccine to help protect you against the infection.
• Injection Consumables: Standard medical supplies needed for the vaccination.
• Vaccine Administration: The procedure and administration fee.
• Bali International Hospital Vaccination Card: A record of your vaccination for your personal medical records.

Please note that an international vaccination certificate (Yellow Card) is available for an additional fee.

Who Can Get This Vaccine?

This package is available for:

• Adults aged 18 and above.
• Patients aged 12–17 who have a previous record of Yellow Fever vaccination.

Important: Yellow Fever vaccination through this package is available only for patients aged 12 and above.

Children under 12, and patients aged 12–17 without a previous Yellow Fever vaccination record, must visit our Pediatric Clinic. Vaccination services at the Pediatric Clinic are charged separately and are not included in this package.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid exclusively at our international hospital.
• Must be used within 30 days of purchase and is valid for up to 60 days after the order date.
• Appointment must be booked at least one day before the visit.
• All purchases are non-refundable.
• The package includes GP consultation, vaccine, injection consumables, administration procedure, and Bali International Hospital vaccination card. An international Yellow Fever certificate costs extra.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Additional fees may apply for emergency (CITO) services.
