Packages are intended for health screening (outpatient) and are not applicable for emergency stroke cases.
Additional tests or procedures requested beyond the package will incur extra charges.
Abnormal results may require further evaluation or hospital admission, billed separately.
In emergency (CITO) situations, additional service fees will apply according to the medical condition.

Terms & Conditions By submitting your stool sample, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Sample Validity
The sample must be submitted within 1 hour after collection to ensure accurate test results.

2. Submission Deadline
The sample must be submitted within 2 weeks from your appointment date. After this period, it will be considered a refusal and may require a new appointment.

3. Submission Hours

* Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM
* Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:30 PM

4. Late Submission
If arriving after 03:00 PM, please proceed directly to the Laboratory Unit (3rd Floor) or inform the Concierge at the Main Lobby.

5. Prior Notification
Please contact our WhatsApp number in advance before submitting your sample to ensure a smooth process.
